I have to admit, I don’t buy broccoli often because I don’t personally love the taste. But there are so many different ways to prepare and serve broccoli, I really don’t have an excuse (and it’s just so nutritious!).
Here are five fresh ideas for using broccoli that hopefully will inspire you to make this superfood a regular on your menu!

I was lucky enough to have Abby and her family over for lunch on Sunday and she brought the Cheesy Bacon Broccoli Salad – I can vouch that it was delicious! Definitely a nice way to eat raw broccoli. :)
