Frito Chili Pie is an easy meal that everyone loves. Try the Pioneer Woman’s tasty version of Frito Chili Pie if you don’t already have your own method for making this dish. (Her idea of serving it in individual Fritos bags is cute and fun, but I can only imagine the mess we’d have on our hands if I served it this way to my children!) :)

Taco Salad is another dish that’s simple to throw together. Here’s a basic recipe for Taco Salad that can easily be customized for each person’s tastes.

This yummy-looking Mexican Baked Fish recipe calls for coarsely crushed corn chips in the topping. I think this recipe would also work well with most types of fish or even chicken.

Fritos can also be used in sweet and salty snack mixes, like this Corn Chip Crunch. Try replacing the peanuts with pecans, cashews, or other types of nuts to change up the taste and texture.

Here’s an interesting dessert idea that uses Fritos: Vanilla Caramel Corn Fritos Pie. I think I might try this with the $1.50 blackberries from Sunflower Market this week!
