I have been dying to go to the new Colorado History Museum – Jill told me it’s really cool! – and they’re actually going to have a free admission day on Wednesday, August 1st, which is the birthday of our state! All History Colorado museums and sites will be free that day (note: the Georgetown railroad is excluded).
I’m sure it will be crowded but if you’ve been wanting to check out the new museum, it might be a great way to save some money! It’s also the last day to see the Lego-rado display, with Lego displays of Colorado scenes. Go here for more info.
