American Girl Store: October 2012 Events

The American Girl Store in Denver has several craft nights and other special events coming up this month that you and your little girl won’t want to miss!  Most are free and allow your child to take home their craft.

Bitty Twins’ Ballerina Paper Doll Craft: Tuesday, October 2nd at 11 AM

Your girl will make her very own ballerina paper doll to take home. This event is free and open to the public. For girls ages 3 and up.

Stylists’ Secrets from the Doll Hair Salon: Saturday, October 6th at 9 AM; Saturday, October 13th at 9 AM; Saturday, October 20th at 9 AM

Your girl will learn the secrets for a ponytail wrap, and more! Our Doll Hair Salon stylists will share secrets for pulling off a variety of super styles for long or short hair, from fancy braids to ribbon twists.This class is taught by Doll Hair Salon stylists.

Tickets for this class are $24 per person. Reservations are required; call toll-free 877-247-5223. Prepaid reservations are non-exchangeable and non-refundable

American Girl Historical Character Scavenger Hunt: Sunday, October 14th at 2 PM 

Your girl will go on a scavenger hunt throughout the store, collecting fun facts about each historical character along the way. She will get a free American Girl poster at the end. This event is free and open to the public. For girls ages 8 and up.

Caroline’s Bonnet Craft: Sunday, October 14th at 2 PM

Your girl can create and decorate her own paper bonnet that much like the one Caroline would have worn in 1812. This event is free and open to the public. For girls ages 8 and up.
