King Soopers Weekly: Free Old El Paso, Betty Crocker Potatoes, Totino’s Pizzas + Lots of Cheap Stuff

Wow, King Soopers starts a Buy 5, Save $5 Off Your Next Order promotion this Wednesday and there are some hot deals, including free Old El Paso products, Betty Crocker Potatoes, and Totino’s Pizzas; plus cheap Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, Chex Mix, Bugles, Betty Crocker Cake Mix, and lots more.

Important note: it appears that King Soopers is now limiting this to four groups of five ($20 back) per transaction.  As always, to prevent frustration among fellow shoppers and cashiers, I would encourage you to “roll” your catalinas in another shopping trip rather than doing separate transactions.

Don’t forget to check their Deal of the Day site for a high-value coupon every day through October 20th!

These deals are valid October 17-23, 2012.

  1. do u know if we have halloween chocolate sale today? Or it was just regional? Thanks

  2. Hi!
So I went to print both the chex and totinos coupons and they both said I have already printed and I haven’t.
    any ideas?
    Thanks

  3. Like most catalinas, you are unable to pay with the same catalina that you are trying to receive. If you do pay with that catalina it won’t print the catalina you qualified for. Do you know if that holds true for this buy 5 save $5. I went this morning and bought a bunch of qualifying items and I have no problem using the Catalina on other groceries but I was just wondering if anyone had tried to roll them?? Thanks.

    • I
I was just at KS and they have the new Betty Crocker mac & cheese as part of the catalina deal at $.88 before the cat, which makes it a moneymaker! Has anyone had any problems getting multiple cats at once or do we need to break up our transactions?

      • Several readers on Springs Bargains have reported that you can earn multiple catalinas in one transaction – yeehaw!

    • The catalinas don’t “roll” at Walgreens but it’s actually not that way at King Soopers – nice, huh? :) They should roll with no problem. (To avoid frustrating cashiers and other customers, I suggest making multiple trips to the store rather than doing separate transactions all at once.)

    • Hi
I have done 20 qualifying items in one transaction and had no issue with catalinas. I heard u can do upto 40. Also I have rolled the catalinas with no issue also.

      • I bout 25 items and only got 4 Catalinas back. After contacting the Catalina company to clear it up, they told me that King Soopers is limiting it to 4 Catalinas. Sounds kind of bogus – I haven’t heard of anyone else having a print limit…but whatever. I’m kind of frustrated about that, but I suppose it was still a good deal anyway. So, you might want to play it safe and only get 20 items at a time.

  4. Anyone know if you can use multiple $5 off catalina coupons in the same transaction or if you need to split up into multiple transactions?
