Sprouts has cheap avocados this week! They’ve also got their ground meats on sale for 40% off, which isn’t that great of a deal for beef, but I’ve been hoping to find a good sale on ground lamp so I can make these Greek kebabs – I made them earlier this year when I found some ground lamb on markdown at Safeway and have been craving them ever since!

I’m not sure if you mentioned this on your website of not. Sprouts is having their Vitamin Extravaganza this week. 25% all vitamin type products PLUS you can use coupons.
Because of this sale I was able to save him $70.00 (25% off) PLUS I used $30.00 in coupons ! Total of $100 Savings !!!!!
I think Sprouts has this sale every 3 – 4 months. Today I’m going to figure out how much he will save if we stock up for 3 – 4 months.
